Amer opened the first Habibi Falafel restaurant in early 2018 after a year traveling in India. Originally from Palestine, he knew that Indians would love the authentic street food from his region. Amer holds a degree in law from University of Jordan and comes from a food manufacturing background through his family business in the Middle East, the Al Juneidi Group.
Chelsea graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a double degree in Communications and Spanish. Her professional background is working in e-Marketing with multinational e-commerces in Barcelona, Spain
Ibrahim joined the Habibi Falafel team in September 2018. He holds a Diploma in Hospitality Management and has more than 12 years of experience in the QSR field. Before joining, he worked for McDonald’s India and Tim Horton’s UAE.
Rimei holds a degree from Kiang Nangbah Government College Jowai. She joined Habibi Falafel as a crew member in August 2018. Through her dedication, she worked her way up to Assistant Manager and her now current position of Restaurant Manager.
